About
Victoria Counseling Services is an Outpatient Adult Psychiatry practice located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The practice was established in 2015 following the sudden death of a beloved younger sister, Victoria, a victim of a traumatic event that led to her suffering from severe depression and PTSD for most of her adult years.
As an Acute/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner, I was not cognizant of the impact of mental illness on family and society until I decided to pursue a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree.
Psychiatric illness should be treated as a medical illness with no stigma, no blame or shame. My goal is to educate families and the public about how to support individuals with mental illness, reduce barriers for those seeking treatment and collectively reduce stigmatization of mental illness within our society.

Telepsychiatry
We provide telepsychiatry for patients within the state of Massachusetts. We offer both psychotherapy and medication. Any electronic equipment you choose (phone, tablet, or computer) must have a camera and volume, and Wi-Fi or cellular must be adequate.
